Description
Coconut Republic's ® Coconut Vinegar is 100% made of sweet juice or sap that drips from a newly-formed coconut flower bud. This vinegar contains no water, no added sugar, no preservatives, and is 100% organic. Natural fermentation takes a minimum of six (6) months without any adulteration. The color of the vinegar changes as it ages, from cloudy white to light yellow to a "winey" brown as it further matures. Our naturally-fermented coconut sap vinegar contains vitamins like Beta Carotene, Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Sodium and a host of dominant amino acids. In short, Coconut Republic's ® Coconut Vinegar is both a "nutraceutical" and a "functional food".

Directions for Use
Use in the same way as you use a vinegar: excellent for cooking, dipping, marinade, salad dressing, and sauces
