The Coconut Republic® Coconut Blossom Sugar is made from 100% fresh coconut sap that is obtained from tapping the sweet sap that drips from cut flower buds of organically-grown coconuts, from the tropical islands of the Philippines. It is 100% organic, unrefined, minimally-processed, unbleached, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly. It has NO preservatives and NO artificial colors.

Use in the same way you use other sweeteners/sugar. This is less sweet. You may add a little more in regular recipes if you want the taste to be exactly the same.
Coconut Sugar may be used as a 1:1 substitute for white and brown sugar.
For baking, coconut Sugar is denser than regular white sugar. so observe how it reacts to your recipes and adjust accordingly. Add extra moisture.
