Use Coconut Flour for breading meats or toppings on select dishes, baking, smoothies, to thicken gravy, sauces, soups...and other creative possibilities you can think of.
The Coconut Republic® Coconut Flour is highly absorbent in nature. If you are using 100% Coconut Flour in your recipe, you need to add the liquid content of your recipe or add 4 cups per 1 cup of Coconut Flour.
It is best to check on Coconut Flour recipes. It is not advisable to substitute Coconut Flour on regular flour recipes without adjusting the liquid content or the amount of coconut flour. Follow the above guide.
Another way to use Coconut Flour in any recipe as a substitute to any flours is to blend an alternative flour with Coconut Flour as a ratio of 3/4 cups of another gluten-free flour like the Coconut Republic® Cassava flour or other substitutes like Almond flour with 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour.
