Tracking Number
You can view the status of your order in the My Orders section of your account page.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Your orders are shipped within 24-72 hours, from the time they are placed.
We are excited for you to receive your order. Here are some tips on how to get the tracking number information of your order.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Depending on the volume of orders received, orders placed before 12 noon are usually packed on the same day that you placed your order.
Packages are picked up by the courier in the late afternoon. If your order makes it to the cut off time, your tracking information may be available on the day you ordered or the following day.
Orders placed after 12noon and before 2 pm might have tracking number on the same business day, depending on the volume of orders received at that time. Know that we exert best efforts to ship your order. We are also dependent on the tracking information given by the courier.
Orders placed after 3pm will most likely get tracking information by the next business day or the following day, depending on the day the courier is able to pick up your order.
Your orders are usually picked up by the courier around 4-5 pm.

Ideally, we aim to ship sooner than the estimated days if all things are ideal. Most of the time, you will get your order earlier than the estimated lead time.

Orders for Manila take may take 5-7 days latest but we will aim to ship in 3-5 days, depending on the volume of orders.
Orders for areas outside Manila may take 5-10 days latest but we will aim to ship 3-7 days, depending on the volume of orders, location, and courier status.
If you want guaranteed fast shipment, you must select EXPEDITED Shipment (at an additional cost).

Once your order has been shipped after you place your cancellation and you still prefer a cancellation, we will refund you the price of the products less 20% restocking fee as soon as you ship back the unused goods. The shipping incurred due to late cancellation cannot be refunded. You will be given a shipping label to ship back the cancelled goods.

For refunds that do not require returns, you will receive your refund within 3-7 days it is processed, depending on the financial institution involved.
